The adventurer George W. Sears lived from 1821 to 1890 in the eastern United States and wrote under the pseudonym "Nessmuk" books and journal articles about life in the wild. With just 1.60 meters in height and 47 pounds of body weight, he was a real lightweight and has championed the philosophy of lightweight as possible outdoor equipment throughout his life. Thus, the typical Nessmuk knife is rather handy and shows the classic, slightly stretched leaf shape. In order to honour this concept in a special way, Jesper Voxnæs has developed a particularly compact version of the Nessmuk knife, which is well proven not only in outdoor areas and on the hunt, but also in everyday life. Made of the powder-metallurgical CPM-S-30V and equipped with handles made of green linen micarta, the Nessmi is with respect to edge retention and handling. Yellow fiber liners under the handles and a particularly fine satin finish set visual accents and make the Boker Nessmi an extraordinary appearance. Delivery with practical brown leather sheath.
